To Scarborough: guests travelling from the south will approach Scarborough along the A64, beware of long stretches of single-carriageway! Newcastle friends will approach the town along the A171.

To St Mary’s: from the A64 come into the centre of Scarborough past Morrisions, then B&Q till you reach the big traffic lights with Bed King facing you. Turn right, continue over the lights at Sainsbury’s and turn first right along Victoria Road. Go straight over the traffic lights at the end of this road (police Station on left) and continue to roundabout. Go staright across till you will come to St Mary’s just before the Castle. Turn right past the Church to the car park. From the A171 continue till you come to the village of Burniston; as you go through the village you come to a roundabout, take first exit onto A165. Continue on this road into Scarborough, past a Tesco Express and keep going till you reach a roundabout with the bay on your left. Take the second exit, turn immediately left and continue along this road till you reach a roundabout. Turn left, the Church is a few hundred yards along on your right.

To The Spa: drive back to the first lights facing the police station and turn left. Go straight over the next set of lights facing the station then turn left, go right at the first roundabout then left at the second which will bring you down to the sea-front.
